ThinkWoman is about intelligence, athleticism and true beauty and respect of women: mind, body and soul. ThinkWoman is about supporting Title IX policies, diverse body representations and creating a positive label about women's health and physical activity. Scholar Baller is inclusive by enabling men's and women's sport to equally participate in this cultural movement as well as the curriculum and incentive program. ThinkWoman is the exemplar for the academic reform movement in terms of balancing textbooks and playbooks.

Based on the research literature:

  • Women are more likely to graduate from college than men are (as both student-athletes and the general population)

  • Women are more likely to focus on life after athletics

  • Women have higher APR (Academic Progress Rate) and GSR (Graduation Success Rate) scores than men
